Toshan joined Chambers following his admission to the Bar of Mauritius in September 2024. He accepts instructions across all areas of Chambers’ practice, including in public and administrative law, commercial law, and civil law. His practice also consists of giving legal advice in transactional matters and in relation to property acquisition by foreign nationals in Mauritius. Toshan is an accredited civil and commercial mediator by ADR ODR International.

Education

Toshan read law at Middlesex University where he graduated with First-Class (Honours). He subsequently completed the Bar Training Course, with mention Outstanding, at the University of the West of England. Toshan is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2023.
